As the author of this blog I get to see the statistics of daily views. As of late there have been more views (there usually aren’t many) and I am curious about who you are reading my pearls of wisdom. I have much more to offer and perhaps I can clarify, expound or just help explain some of my ramblings. My interaction with others interested in temporary waters has been limited the last few years but I look forward to hearing from you and about your interests. Steven, I came by this sites while looking for a picture of Daphnia minnehaha to show a colleague what neckteeth looked like. She spent an evening reading your blog and emailed me that it was a great website. She asked who the author was so I start perusing the blogs. When I came to the blog on Stanley Dodson and read about breaking into “Having a Heat Wave”, I smiled at the memory and knew immediately that you were the author. I had lost touch with what you are doing, and am glad that you are still hanging around and offering your thoughtful insights.
